Mr. Subramanian has more than 21 years of experience working on HCM applications with latest on Oracle Cloud and primarily PeopleSoft before that and overall, 23 years of IT experience. He has worked on implementation(s), upgrade(s), and numerous production support projects as a functional and technical consultant with specialization in North American Payroll as a Certified Payroll Professional. He had performed a wide variety of roles including project management, lead functional consultant, and lead developer to system administration tasks. His experience spans across Global Payroll and Global Human Resources in Oracle HCM Cloud and various critical modules of PeopleSoft HCM application. Mr. Subramanian’s latest assignment was an Oracle Cloud implementation project for The Arlington County Public Schools in State of Virginia as a Global Payroll functional lead. His prior projects included Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation for Thurston County in state of Washington, The City of Oklahoma City in state of Oklahoma, Dakota County in state of Minnesota, PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM re-implementation data conversion, upgrade retrofits, PeopleSoft development, Data conversion for Workday HCM implementation, production support, maintenance, supporting User Acceptance testing execution of the fixes and enhancements including bundles and tax updates including end-to-end regression testing on the delivered functionality including customizations.
