I have completed 1 month full time training program at SMIMER Medical College and Hospital from 13 of June 2024 to 12 of July 2024 , Surat . Within Department of Biochemistry and Department of Microbiology . During the course in Department of Biochemistry, I acquired extensive knowledge and hands-on work experience in laboratory equipments such as Blood Electrolyte Analyser , Blood Gas Analyser (ABG Analyser Machine) and Centrifuge . And learned collection of samples , keeping record of test results and communication skills .While I gained my work experience in Department of Microbiology , I worked within Bacteriology laboratory and Serology laboratory . In Bacteriology laboratory I gained hands-on experience on laboratory instruments like Incubator , Hot air oven , Microscope and Biosafety cabinet. I gained experience in streaking different samples on different agar plate media and prediction of results accordingly , Biochemical tests , Preparation and staining of slides and observation under microscope and Biosafety rules . In serology laboratory I gained my hands-on experience in laboratory instruments like Elisa . And gained my experience in performing tests for HIV, Dengue, HBsAg , HCV , TREPOLISA with help of kits and analysing test results .
