I have over 6 years of experience in the Software Testing and Quality Control industry in which 2.5 years of automation exp in QTP/Winrunner/Quality Centre and good experience in Quick Test Professional (QTP) scripting using VBScript. My areas of expertise span various stages of the SDLC and include planning, analysis, automation test design, manual testing and automation test scripting. My technical strengths include Winrunner, QTP, Test Director/Quality Control, SQL, TSL, VB Script. He has extensive experience performing ERP Testing including PeopleSoft, PeopleSoftOrcale & Web Testing, Client/Server and Database Testing. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, I have enhanced and developed QA Test Plans and designed Test automation strategies. I have developed common functionality components (libraries) for automation. I have interacted with Business Analysts and Developers for information gathering and issue resolution. I have coordinated resources, scheduled testing and task allocation for team members. I have developed test cases from use cases, executed test cases and has created/executed automation test scripts. I have been involved in Functional, Regression, Integration and User Acceptance Testing. I have been responsible for defect reporting, tracking and closure and has debugged automation scripts. I have experience with Configuration Management using Rational Clear Case/VSS. He has prepared and maintained software configuration management plans and maintained various product versions. I have maintained build and release files. He has experience coordinating with development teams to release patches to the rollout team.
