- Handle disciplinary cases of employees (IR)- Prepare letter - breach of contract to the employees (Section 69c)- Access to medical login for the panel and non-panel clinic record. Do data entry for the summary of the panel clinic visit by employees in the year- HRDF- Grant application approval for conference, seminars & training- Arrangement for new recruit to join in (contract and advise on the requirements- Perform call back allowances- Executives leaves - Data entry in excel- Preparation of canteen claim weekly- Conduct induction for new employees- Conduct interviews for the candidates- Prepare procedures for attendance- Preparation of plant review report on monthly- Preparation of overtime analysis report monthly- Data entry and preparation of bonus and increment letter annually- Preparation of leave analysis report monthly- Observe performance appraisal- Coordinate and observe CA- Submission for GPA insurance cases

-Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule- Administrative tasks for all projects involved- Filing all project documents - Develops and review project status and reports- Conducts all the programmes according to schedule
