The Human Resources Specialist will work with personnel within the team and collaborate with teams across the company to design and implement the reporting and analytic solutions that provide business performance reporting and analysis capability for all Amazon business units. You'll help us analyze large amounts of data to provide detailed and robust reporting capability to support locations and lines of business globally. ADP- HWSE Implementation testing team has the responsibility to analyze the requirements created by the customer and designed by business analysts. ADP does the end to end testing for all the requirements and executes the regression suites to provide 100% assurance on the final product which will be delivered through various service/minor releases.Key Responsibilities:Analyze the software requirements and identify requirement during design workshop.Analyze and write detailed specifications of carrier and Employee Requirements. Developing test plan and test strategy. Create compiled modules and functional updates.
