During my time at Accenture LLC in New York City, I had the privilege of leading several Enterprise Strategy initiatives within the Financial Services, Technology Strategy & Advisory, Digital Transformation Programs sector. My role involved leveraging deep institutional knowledge, fostering relationships, and engaging with various client business units to drive technology transformation programs. I spearheaded Enterprise Architecture evaluations by implementing an EA Office within the North-Star framework, establishing a robust foundation and architecture repository that includes asset inventories and relationships.I directed App Portfolio Optimization programs by leveraging my expertise in executing APO and steered Wealth Tech assessments for major Wealth & Retirement institutions through comprehensive architecture and business workshops. I moderated Architecture Review Board sessions, assessed emerging technologies for potential adoption, and published enterprise-wide principles, standards, and best practices. Furthermore, I delivered and directed enterprise legacy transformation/decommission roadmaps and modernization strategies.
