Managed the transition of service delivery support from Fujitsu Japan to Fujitsu India. • As Transition manager, travelled to customer location in Japan to understand overall environment and support, discussed and identified various stakeholders’ requirements, and defined and agreed scope and out of scope areas. • Detailed project management plan that included Change, Quality, Resource, Stakeholder, Communication, Procurement and Risk management plans were drafted. Scope and Schedule baselines were developed and agreed with stakeholders and tracked and reported during regular weekly reviews.• Defined and sequenced Knowledge Transfer and Shadowing, Reverse Shadowing and Stabilization / Operation trial and closure phases of transition. Associated risk analyses were conducted and risk responses were planned and implemented as necessary.• Managed execution of the project aligned with stakeholder expectations. Key project success factors such as Security, Quality and performance metrics were identified and implemented during project execution.• Required documents were translated engaging external vendor and were carried out successfully in spite of stringent security requirements. Customer is a global asset manager who manages investments and assets in Property, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Private Equity segments. And Fujitsu was providing Applications and Database support to the customer with Onsite-Offshore model with teams located in Canada and India.Key responsibilities included Customer Reporting to regularly update work performance status and key risks / issues, Capacity and Utilization on Projects, tickets queue management etc. Coached and mentored Project team to come-up with a cost-benefit analysis that focus on business benefits. Consistently communicated with global team to ensure Compliance related requirements are met for the Customer who has stringent Compliance standards. Monitored and controlled timely resolution of tickets to ensure improved Customer service and satisfaction.

Objective was to design and realize a dashboard that visualizes business performance of Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) business across the regions for MIS Executive Management Board.Engaged with various stakeholders to identify metrics and requirements. Identified and selected Vendor to engage with for development of Dashboard.Planned, Estimated and Executed MIS Management Information Dashboard project successfully. Project team consisted of members from multiple regions with key Stakeholders located in Japan, India and UK.Project deliverable (Dashboard) was presented to MIS Executive Management board and accepted as part of project closure.

Global Portfolio map is the map-like representation of portfolio of offerings to its customers across various geographical regions. Identified and engaged with Key Stakeholders across Services and Product business units within Japan and Regional Marketing Directors across the globe. Identified, Selected and Engaged with Vendor to realize the offerings’ information in the form of portfolio map.Successfully managed the project from Initiation to Closure to design survey & collect information about Fujitsu’s offerings to customers within Japan region (~1200 offerings) for the realization of global portfolio map.

Time Management Implementation:Guided 4 associates from Client side (on technical aspects) to implement “Time management”. Developed various reports like Quota Accrual, Leave Balances, and Leave Status etc.E-Recruitment Technical Implementation, Maintenance and Support:Together with team, successfully implemented the online Sourcing portal for BCCL. BSP Technology was used for realization of Web Pages and Integration of data entered, to SAP.Programmed Personnel Administration and Organizational Management data handling modules and auto-updating of Database Tables. Developed application to delimit roles and Lock the Separated Users in Various Systems like R3, CRM, SRM, BI and Solution Manager.
