I handled all the non-technical operations of the RAAY Foundation center for special needs lower parel. I helped to set up the RAAY Foundation Center for Special Needs. I started with helping the team to wind up operations from their previous partnership with another NGO in the same field. I helped them find a premises to setup the center, negotiated rent and presented the team with multiple viable options for the same. I also helped recruit therapists to ensure provision of holistic services to the beneficiaries. I built a network to enhance the outreach of the program.

As the head of the adminstrative team, I managed all the non-technical aspects of the NGO. Apart from handling the daily operations, I was responsible for budgeting and fundraising. I maintained and streamlined relationships with donors to ensure regular donations. I also worked on the event planning team to expand the beneficiary base by expanding outreach by conducting events. I built a network with clinicians and hospitals to increase awareness of the cause. From a financial standpoint I worked with the auditor to ensure transparent accounting and return filing as per legal requirements.
