-Responsible for daily worker management for two prestigious hotels, Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.-Handle end-to-end daily worker operations, including recruitment, registration, and addressing their needs.-Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily worker payrolls.-Oversee and maintain the employee cafeteria, ensuring top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and smooth operations.-Assist in department payment requests and maintain up-to-date attendance records for all staff.-Utilize the Sunfish system for efficient attendance tracking.

As a skilled team leader, I successfully planned and executed multiple events and activities for a team of 30 members, resulting in increased participation and positive feedback. I strengthened external partnerships by attending other organizations' events and building relationships. Despite pandemic challenges, I coached the team to adopt new strategies and fostered a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
