Current- Team Leadership and Management: - Effectively lead and manage a team of 15-20 canvassers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.- Strategic Planning and Execution: - Devise and implement strategic plans to optimize community outreach efforts for Toronto Expansion Projects and Metrolinx.- Reporting and Documentation: - Oversee the generation of comprehensive daily activity reports, detailing canvassing activities, community interactions, and outcomes. - Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, communications specialists, and public relations personnel, to ensure alignment of messaging and project goals.
