I started my career with a Bachelors in Information Technology from India. During this tenure, I was introduced to various different courses like Data Structures and Algorithms, Cryptography and Network Security, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture and Organization, Java, C++, and Computer Graphics. After completing my under-grad, I got a full-time role with Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems engineer where I was working in technology side of Banking specializing in the payments department. Working for Deutsche Bank, my role as a IT Analyst in the retail sector enabled me to learn about the complete banking model, and the way various financial technical (finTech) systems are inter-connected.Areas of expertise:• Monitoring, alerting, and detection of events/incidents using tools like Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics etc. • Understanding of the entire lifecycle of X509 Client/Server Certificates• MySQL queries for the purpose of reporting, analytics, or to perform other generic CRUD operations on the database.• Application architectures with a focus on microservices-based architecture like the RESTful APIs. • Different phases of the SDLC lifecycle and a familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile• Unix OS commands for the monitoring the performance and usage of business-critical systems• Knowledge of the entire Incident management process, and an ability to analyze, and report on incident management KPIs to identify performance anomalies and trends.• Work effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions based on actionable items.• Knowledge of financial technology sector, and banking industry with a hands-on experience on the payments process end-to-end.• Demonstrate analytical and systematic approach to problem solving ability using technical information and effectively apply it to customer requirements.
