Single handedly completed entire product design for two IoT consumer electronic products, with four variations of one of the products. Handled both the products from the ideation stage going forward with generating concepts, research, feasibility study, MATLAB simulations, engineering design and development, plastic part design, prototype development and testing using Arduino with logging and analyzing sensor data, vendor development and design freeze.Bootstrapped an Electric Vehicle Startup, to develop a 4 wheeler focused on urban and personal mobility with 150km range along with agile and fun driving experience. Simulated with WLTP class1 and class 2 drive cycles for energy consumption, range and regeneration power. Explored novel ideas with appropriate material selection to build lightweight and stronger chassis. Weighed the pros and cons of various parameters of cells like shape, size, packaging, configuration and chemistry to construct a safe and powerful battery pack.Skilled in CATIA V5 with hands on experience of part design, assembly design, surface design, DMU kinematics and remastering.Hands on experience in MATLAB programming and Simulink modelling.
