During my summer internship at Perfect Belts Ltd, a spare parts manufacturer in India, I gained hands-on experience and valuable insights into the manufacturing industry. My responsibilities included understanding the production process of automotive and industrial belts, as well as other spare parts. I assisted in various stages of production, from raw material procurement to the final quality checks. I learned about different types of materials and machinery used, familiarized myself with production techniques, and observed how modern manufacturing practices integrate with quality control systems to ensure high standards. Additionally, I contributed to data analysis and workflow optimization projects that helped improve efficiency.
