Managed the Company separation program for the Order to Entitlement workstream for HP covering separation of 30,000 Mixed contracts (50M$) with HPE Technology services, 105 ICOEM deals with HP Enterprise services (245M$ TCV) and setup a team to separate, test and take over business architecture of 15 IT systems. Some highlights below:Delivered successful strategy to accomplish correct Business disposition, Customer communication, Contract split execution, Reporting and IT interlock for 30,000 TS-Mixed Contracts and ensuring HPI retains >95% of the ~50M revenues.Delivered and agreed contract disposition for all 105 ES-led accounts (MPS and PC&P) and developed compliant processes to recognize 100% of revenues (~245M TCV) Developed & implemented strategy to create the HPI Service Dlivery Architecture team to support all Contractual systems (6 SAP systems, 7 e-tools, 2 Invoice design) for the SMO UAT and for the long term. Ensured smooth transition of 20,000 HPFS lease schedules from inter-company to Trade invoicing and delivered cost-effective solutions to avoid 30 incremental FTE to support leasing invoice management. Implemented an exit strategy for all TS MOU/Gentleman agreement scope, securing 60 new hires in CS GSD aligning 100% to location strategy and managing the transition and knowledge transfer to be 100% independent by August 1st. Deployed E2E testing execution plan for Delivery Operations (MPS and PC&P) for ~3000 scenarios covering 15 IT assets to ensure successful clone, cleanse and move-to-production of IT assets on August 1st Delivered robust plan to migrate HPI services business out of COMPASS to existing SAP systems, avoiding high operational costs (nearly ~1M) to maintain COMPASS for the very low volume of complex deals. Ensured overall Day 1 readiness on track for all Delivery Ops employees covering IT systems, Biz owned automations, Business Processes, Resources, Knowledge transfer and Transitions

Lead and manage strategic projects for the Contract Operations organisation supporting the APJ services business in HP. Key innovation projects include:1. Janus - Establish and execute the Janus program for APJ to split the PC & Print Services contracts from Technology services including Contract separation, setting up the operations and process engineering groups to support this business.-In 2014, 11K contracts were split (26M$) and separation remained 100% on track-Defined and delivered exit strategy for scope under TS MOU-Supported the setup of the operations and Process engineering teams including rebadge, hiring, training and mentoring2. Smart Decision Suite: 3. K2 Bridge: Delivered an innovation solution in 3 months to improve the sales order automation for MPS from 5% to 40% overall. Drove complex analysis to identify eligible candidates, defined process changes, drove cleanup and monitored deployment to achieve project goals. 3 countries were able to automate up to 88% using the solution.Completed PMP Certification.Responsibilities also included acting as the Team lead for the PC & Print Services Process engineering team in APJ after playing a role in setting up the team and handpicking the individuals to manage a complex transition from HP Technology services.
