Principal-Ii Technology Program Manager
Current* Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, enterprise-wide programs, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.* Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.* Build and present executive reports and program status updates to senior leadership, including the Senior VP and other key stakeholders.* Mentor and coach program and project managers, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational teams, to define program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans.* Identify and mitigate business risks, address conflicts, and establish appropriate resolutions to ensure successful program delivery.* Partner with engineering leaders and product owners to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage dependencies across programs and projects.* Foster an environment of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the program management office and across cross-functional teams.* Evaluate and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance program delivery and overall organizational effectiveness.* Facilitate program governance and ensure adherence to established processes, including agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
