Job ResponsibilitiesDuctile Iron Pipe Plant Lay out preparation, Lay out modifications as per the site conditions, Venders Identification, Equipment Selection and procurement. Equipment technical specifications finalization, Equipment design and drawings verification, and plant erection and commissioning.Mechanical maintenance work of Ductile Iron Pipe Plant, Shed erection & commissioning as per drawing Erection & commissioning work of Three Ductile Iron Pipe Plant Machinery

Project cum design : Di pipe fittings (foundry)Co ordination with civil department regarding modifications and checking.foundations , aligning the equipment as per the dimensions provided in the drawing , leveling them with spirit level/ water levels as applicable and tightening foundation bolts after placing proper spacers in the base.Fabrication and Erection of structural frame work, supports, stair cases,platforms for sand plantand Moulding machine made of rolled section like ISMB,ISMC,ISA,plates of various thickness,Fabrication and Fixing of railings, monkey ladders and toe guard at all levels of platform , staircasesHigh pressure molding machine & mold handling machine(Disa & 20T & 6T Omega equipments)Sand Processing mixers, Belt Conveyers, Bucket elevators, Shot blast machines and Gearboxs Core shooting machines.Induction Furnace, Pump House, Cooling Towers, & Overhead Cranes.Erection of water distribution pipelines from supply main to utilization points including fixing of valves, NRVs, filters etc. The pipe line should be of sizes specified in drawingsjointed with threaded joints. The joints should be free from any leakage.no welding will be allowed at any place.

Job involves projects & design 1. Planning of the project and execution of Fabrication/Erection works of equipment 2. Responsible for precise installation of the equipment and its performance after Commissioning. 3. Giving utmost importance to the customer requirements and make necessary Modifications to meet their requirement. 4. Prepare necessary documentation for any modification and rectification jobs done during Fabrication/Erection works. 5. Maintaining cordial relationship with supplier throughout the project. 6. And also looking after material procurement &job execution in time. designusing CAD software, for preparation of plant general layouts, machinery layouts,responsibility involves conceptualization, detailing checking of interference,inter-department co-ordination, site visits etc, engineering and modeling of variouspart of the machinery and its accessories, And Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material),
