Excel maintaining - Export shipped and pending orders status / Payment pending /Quotation journal and shared weekly.10. Commission details in excel to verify with accounts when required. Sharing export documents with accounts team every month end for VAT purposes.11. Review Invoice with supporting docs.12. Negotiating with shipping agent for better freight rate followed by comparison to conclude.13. Payment follow up with export customers.14. Organization – Annual SONCAP Renewal 15. Marine Insurance - Report to be generated in ERP every month to be sent to Union Insurance.16. Verify & Confirm Invoice with supporting to submit to accounts. 17.
