 Taking care of FMCG categories (operations & Buying) Inventory management, sales planning, forecasting and close coordination with replenishment and operation teams. Developing product assortments using market trend analysis information as well as managing sales and margins Vendor negotiations, inventory management, sales planning, forecasting and close coordination with replenishment and operations teams. Also to build strong vendor relations and put together solid business plans, including strong and detailed promotional programs.  Maintaining appropriate In-stocks for Top 50,100 and 500 SKU’s as well as Promotional items. Optimize inventory levels at outlets & warehouses- By SKU level review of inventory, stock-outs, order mechanism.. Analyzing aged, mark down and dump of the stocks, identifying the root cause and take preventive measures to reduce them.  Coordinate with Item Creation Team, Item File Maintenance Create P.O’s, supplier coordination and follow through of orders etc.  New store planning and ensuring that all new stores opened with high in-stocks. Maintaining of Daily sales track & ensure to update the system with current data. Organizing store level activities to drive footfalls in line with marketing & vendors.

 Purchase planning; review the sales till date and planning of weekend. Merchandise support related activities- Data entry, Daily sales analysis etc. Coordinate with Item Creation Team, Create P.O’s, supplier coordination and follow through of orders etc.,  Regular updating of Items file, Price changes and Purchase orders and ensure to update the system with current data’s. Key follow-ups on Purchase orders and take measures to maintain the stock level in DC and stores. Co-ordinate with the other Departments like Replenishment, Retail stores and Distribution Centers for the day to day functions of the department. Meeting with the venders, making Scheme planning & discount planning, sales planning and rate negotiation. Keep track on regular payment clearance of suppliers & to ensure smooth supplies Spend time on learning modular processes, retail financials, and sales analysis.  Support in new store set-up.

 Sales targets achievement, Floor Management, Inventory Management, Client Servicing and Customer relations. Ensuring that all the activities during store opening and store closing are adhered to, ensuring that all the cash tills are functioning optimally. To obtain information about customers, competitors, market in general and updating the Store Manager on it. Responsible, Visual Merchandising, HR Management and achieving Sales targets
