As the Director of Operations in SERVETECH, I oversee and optimize all the aspects of business development, supply chain, and operational processes with a primary objective to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability across the entire operations spectrum.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving quality.Production Management: Direct and supervise production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that wire rope products meet industry standards and customer specifications.Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing process to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment and mitigate operational risks.Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.

During this period , was fully dedicated to the lifting division. Major area of focus was procurement of materials directly from manufacturers and improving the operating efficiency .

Was responsible for production wing of the company including the PVC fabrications , HDPE segmented fittings , metal fittings etc.. I was able to bring forward new technology to the company including new machines including the CNCs for the concerned work. Was actively involved in the purchase of new machines directly from manufacturers . Also provide inputs to purchase of materials for the trading divisions . In Addition to this was also responsible for the lifting Division supplying and fabrication of wore rope slings and lifting accessories . I was able to start a testing division for the lifting with necessary approvals . Meantime got the ISO certifications for the company by forming a team from inside .
