Energy Conservation, Efficiency Improvement: Exploit expertise in Energy management, establish Bcubenergy Systems and undertake energy audits and energy conservation, Efficiency improvement projects jointly with M/s Kitco, a Kerala Govt initiative.Review various energy efficiency projects and enhance efficiency by incorporating appropriate energy efficient technology. Develop a team of power engineers, personally train them and enhance their skills and competencies. Major Achievements:Successfully conducted energy audits and recommended energy efficient technology products.Succeeded in convincing company management to adopt renewable energy.

Planned and executed a variety of electrical engineering projects, monitored and reviewed project progress,Developed schedules, identified project milestones and reduced delays, highlighted and mitigated resource constraints. Coordinated the project execution with contractor, client, in-house engineering departments, site office and vendors, resolved operational problems and executed projects.Major Achievements: Successfully marketed and executed projects at Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, Taj Hotel, Mumbai, Telcon Dharward ,within specified time without major cost-over runs.

Marketing/ Installation of Elevators: As Director-operations, utilized knowledge, versatile experience and an extensive Market network to market and install elevators in Kerala,Unfortunately the company wound up operations when two promoter directors met with accidents and subsequent resource crunch.Major Achievements:Successfully installed around 50 elevators in Kerala.

Lift Installation Sales and Servicing: As Operations Manager-Lift Division undertaken installation of Bharat Bijlee Elevators along with sales and service, general administration, recruitment and training of staff.Coordinated with manufacturing for timely material shipment and with client/ Contractors for site installation, commissioning and hand over after getting approvals from statutory authorities.Human resource management:Motivated a team of 50+ service engineers/technicians enhanced their service skills and competencies through regular training.Major Achievements:Developed a battery of sub-contractors to enhance the project execution capabiltyof the company to enable timely execution of lift installation projects

Lift Installation Sales and Servicing: Established systems and procedures for effective installation commissioning and after sales service of Lifts.Developed rapport with the project Architects, Consultants and Builders,Interacted with customers, identified their requirements, concerns and promptly resolved these to achieve customer satisfaction.Annual Maintenance Contracts: Developed and executed preventive maintenance schedules and provided quality round-the-clock service through competent team of service engineers.Enhanced customer service and satisfaction through prompt and reliable service.
