Working with functional consultation on existing process design (Production, planning, Inbound,Outbound,BoM, Routes,Purchase)• Developing Power Bi reports as per requirement from Management• Developing self sustained In-house Apps as per requirement in PowerApps

• Roles and Responsibility: (Production Planning and Control)• Slot booking and loading of all orders in production line and provide Customer Inspection date• Achieve 100% On Time Customer Delivery (OTCD) and ensure no past due orders• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Plan and Provide to production based on Capacity• Follow up and monitor product designer for on time releasing of manufacturing drawings• Conduct weekly review meeting with buyers and ensure on time material availability for production• Provide weekly Operations metrics presentation to CEO• Generate monthly inventory report and provide action plan for Non-Moving materials• Provide monthly sales report and output report to CEO.
