• Handling queries of core functional ERP users in the plant and troubleshoot the issue and solve it to achieve the on time customer delivery.
• Provide Swing process training to new member and conduct refreshment training to the existing user.
• Conduct Swing process audit in Chennai plant regularly, provide audit report, champion the corrective activities if any deviation to standard process.
• Identify new business requirement by partnering with functional managers and process owners in Chennai plant and work with consultant for the new requirements and get the suitable solution.
• Participate in Swing improvement projects, lead the new functions testing and implementation in Chennai plant.

Chennai Area, India

• Roles and Responsibility: (Production Planning and Control)
• Slot booking and loading of all orders in production line and provide Customer Inspection date
• Achieve 100% On Time Customer Delivery (OTCD) and ensure no past due orders
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Plan and Provide to production based on Capacity
• Follow up and monitor product designer for on time releasing of manufacturing drawings
• Conduct weekly review meeting with buyers and ensure on time material availability for production

• Scheduling all Orders in ERP and provide Shipping Date to the Clients
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Plan and Provide to production based on Capacity
• Level Loading of Work Orders as per Capacity in ERP System
• Prepare Material Procurement Plan and Share to Vendors
• Ensure on time Availability of Material for Production and evaluate Suppliers on delivery parameter
• Achieve 100% On Time Customer Delivery (OTCD) and monitor 100% Master Schedule Closure ratio (MSC ratio)

• Creation of New part number and maintain Part Code Logic as per product category
• Creation of BOM and complete Master Data Preparation for all New Products
• Works with CFT (Planning, Quality, and Sourcing) in Master data setting as per manufacturing Process
• Preparation, Review, Approval and Modifying of Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
• Audit and report generation on monthly basis for all BOM and ECO done
• Perform Pilot run for new Products and ensure all data are perfectly working in ERP before the launch of product
