Conduct routine & periodic maintenance to all departmental machinery, including:-  HMT Grinding machines Aluminium moulding machines. Plastic Moulding machines. Motor coil winding machines. Rotor balancing machines.  Repair / replacement of hydraulic & pneumatic components.  Electrical circuits (3-phase & single phase), AC & DC, electric motors, electronic & PLC control systems.  Heating circuits, thru solid state & PID control.  Conveyors.  Invertors & speed control circuits.  Rectify day to day running problems with all above machinery, adhering to safe working practices.
