Oversee Sourcing and Procurement functions in accordance with FAR and standard commercial procurement practices in support to US Govt's LOGCAP, AFCAP, AFMT (TASM), CHEMONICS, ALiSS, ANP, ANA, INSCOM (ING4) Programs in Afghanistan, Qatar, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, South Korea & Egypt.Main job responsibilities:• Preparation of RFP's, RFQ's & RFI's for products and services in line with program's / end user's requirements.• Sourcing and Procurement of Building materials, Spares, Consumables & other Camp supplies.• Subcontracting of Fuel services, Labor supplies & other Operation, Maintenance and Repair services.• Lease purchase of Armored & Soft Skin Vehicles, Equipment (MHE’s) & Power Generators• Leasing of Housing / Lodging • Generating PO's, Lease Agreements, sub-contract documents manually and in Costpoint.• Negotiations (price, terms & conditions, delivery lead time etc)• Preparation of Price Analysis• Monitoring of smooth execution of Contracts and Purchase Orders.• Preparation of Procurement in accordance with FAR and corporate policies.

• Oversee sales and procurement functions of Equipment & Chemicals trading division and report to Director – BD.• Responsible for sourcing of Equipment, Raw material & Chemicals for end user clients in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and other manufacturing and processing industries based in the Middle East & African Region.• Spearhead logistics & supply chain management for entire Import, Export & Local Cargo movements.• Check LCs and Supply Contracts to ensure problem free order executions.• Prepare of Import-Export documents in accordance with LC terms and conditions. • Coordinate with Accounts Dept. & Banks for issuance of LCs, Performance Bonds, Bid Bonds etc.• Evaluate suppliers and service providers, and prepare NCR’s etc. for action by QA/QC department.• Estimate freight, insurance and other overheads of tenders and quotations.• Supervise smooth execution of contracts and their realization on time.

• Order Processing. • Co-ordination with production team for timely execution of orders.• Assisting company president on administrative and PR affairs.• Assisting procurement manager for raw material purchases.• Export-Import Documentation (LC & non-LC).• Logistics and Customer Service functions.
