Current• As a planning lead, successfully completed the loadout of Gas Manifold, Subsea Distribution Unit, UTA Mudmats pertaining to the season-1 scope of work.• Leading the planning team project scheduling, planning and allocation of resources, material, special equipment on time for effective utilization and to achieve lean fabrication.• Detailed scheduling of multidisciplinary project activities to facilitate parallel working across the disciplines for scheduled project completion.• The detailed schedule is prepared for the disciplines like structure, piping, painting, tubing, factory acceptance test, thermal insulation and module dispatch.• Sub-contractor, vendor selection and contract finalization of special activities like tubing fabrication, SDSS piping fabrication, tubing testing activities, borescope inspection, machining activities, module movements with Self Propelled Modular Transporter.• Developing work package and detailed progress monitoring system to monitor overall fabrication activities.• Estimating and preparing requirement histogram for critical resources like mechanical equipment, radiography cameras, orbital welding machine, hydraulic power units, and borescope.• Estimated productivity norms (structure, piping, tubing) and controlled sub-contractor productivity through daily/weekly monitoring thus project is completed within budgeted mandays.• Prepared procedure for structural and piping FAT activities. • Coordinator for piping, tubing and structural factory acceptance activities.• Optimized the no of valve operations required for valve seat leak test through resequencing using self-prepared logic chart. Valve operations were reduced from 106 nos to 80 nos. The end result being reduction in large bore FAT activity duration.• Liaising with consortium member (Engineering partner) for project deviations/wavier/design clarifications. Initiating SQRs and submitting through project interface management system.
