Creation of Supplier through Workflow.Receiving of invoice from vendors and reviewing the rates and services applied as agreed in the contract/ Agreement and advise for necessary changes to be made accordingly.Booking of invoices in Oracle Accounts payable module with accurate GL codes, supported with PO and relevant attachments in Oracle.Periodic review of AP/ AR aging reports and making payments accordingly via cheque and electronically. .Financial & Revenue accounting are carried out as per IAP's & DOA. Maintains receivable calendar &. Ensure timely settlement of receivables both sales and debit notes as per settlement dates/ contracts and no debts exceed the approved credit limit.Ensure BG / Security deposits are renewed on time and updated in Oracle.Book ICH invoices against prepayments.Handles monthly/ yearly accruals for QBIT and non QBIT, Prepare and pass monthly DOC accruals and other expenses/ Cost which are not accrued in QBIT.Assists in tax compliance / filling/documentation and accurate accounting. Checking and verifying source documents and assist tax consultant in statutory tax filling and tax refund claims. Submission of taxes as per local regulations.Adheres to Duty Travel policy and all advances to be cleared in line with policies. Handling accounts receivables related Sales both for Passenger and Cargo Handling.Maintaining stations petty cash float as per polices & accounting & replenishment.Working with Oracle ERP R 12 module and in line with data mentioned and published with adavce spreed sheet viz. Pivot table, Vlookup and formatting and conditioning.Assisting in yearly budget preparation with QUATIUM and Cargo accounting through CROAMIS.Preparation of various reports in line with different cost centers monthly Schedules and calenderized reports for HO.Issuance of ACM/ ADM to agents and accounting through BSP.Preparation of Direct Cost Analysis on monthly basis and forward to HO for MIS purposes

Maintaining, verifying and implementation of Invoicing as per the Service level Agreements with Airlines in accordance with SGHA.Preparing memorandums outlining and explaining procedures & policies to Heads for smooth functioning of business operations.Preparation and maintenance of Budget for the financial year and analyzing the monthly expenditure are within the budget.Check & verify that the expense requisitions from various departments are within delegated authority limits and maintain smooth flow of cash flow to departments and getting the approval from head quarters for the same.Check all purchase requisitions provided by the departments, verify quotations received, approve the vendor, provide Purchase order and ensure the payment is made within the stipulated time by coordinating with the Head Quarters.Ensure that all financial transaction are maintained and recorded according to the accounting Policies.Preparation and maintenance of Petty Cash records in accordance with the company policy. Creating & issuing receipts, bills, invoices, statements, etc.Liaison with Vendors, Airline offices & Airport financial officers to ensure that the details of payment received/paid are correct.Ensured that all Non-Schedule operations are invoiced according to the approved rates from CIAL and collect payment from clients, deposit the same in company account and inform HQ to facilitate bank reconciliation.Timely preparation of Salary/Stipend of Trainees, forwarding to HO.Royalty preparation of Principal employer.Settlement practiced on priority & cash inflow.
