• Involved in CA SiteMinder Policy server installation, CA LDAP installation, configuration and integration with Policy Server, Web agent installation (both windows and Linux OS) and configuration of domains, rules, realms and policies. Installation and configuration of WAM UI. Implementation of SSO with web application.• Involved in installation and management of CA API Gateway.• Involved in migration of IIS websites to Azure environment.• Handle new application setup (from requirement gathering to implementation and go-live).• URL redirections, SSL Certificates installation in IIS and Apache web servers.• Deploy web applications in QA and production environments.• Automate various tasks using Shell scripts.• Maintenance of FTP server (Globalscape EFT and FTP through IIS) and web server connectivity to SMTP server.• Troubleshoot production issues.• Tomcat installation, configuration and clustered deployments and maintenance.• Conducting CAB meetings and perform the change on staging and production environments.• Handling Performance tuning of the Application servers.• Review and Maintain logs of production failures and resolutions• Create, Inspect, review and comment on any documentation produced in relation to new website hosting.• As IT Implementer, been responsible for complete DNS administration.• Review and understand Implementation Plans before sign-off and be able to execute them on the implementation date.• Provide support to Production, UAT, Development environments.• Maintain clustered environment for production applications to provide high availability.• Work closely with vendors to facilitate appropriate changes when needed.• Identifying root causes for the outages and applying appropriate fixes of application team.• Involved in 24/7 on-call support for production environment and UAT environment.• Serving as a technical lead, motivated team members to function and contribute effectively for the project output.
