As the active member of Invoicing and Billing Strategic Vision Team performed an assessment of each of these invoicing systems and wanted to standardize the processes. This project is intended to develop a template to roll out standardized, common, improved invoicing processes utilizing SAP's Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, and provide significant benefit through its direct integration into SAP. As part of this initiative; a total of 18 legacy systems (non core business relevant) have been migrated into SAP for using the standardized process to facilitate the billing to various customers. As a key member of the team actively involved in the Design and developed some key objects for the Project.• Designed a Standardized template for getting the interface billing data from various Chrysler organizations and external Vendors. • Participated in the Functional/Technical team meetings during the preparation, blueprinting/design, realization, and testing and cutover and Go-Live and Post Go-Live phases.• Defined and assigned Enterprise Structure.
