2020 has been a watershed year for the entire world. My wife and I decided that we would formalise some of the value-consulting work she has been doing in the mind-wellness space for years into an entity that can help make greater impact to the well being of people. She has been doing impactful work in the area of youth welfare, relationship regeneration, bridging potential gaps for industrial workers and others. My role here has spending a few months full-time to helping setup the philosophy and operations and this is our family's way of giving back to the society where we have gained so much from.

The Citrya AdTech platform is a highly scalable AWS SaaS play that renders Ad Content based on persona using AI/ML. We have democratised technology in such a way that we are associated with hundreds of SME brands along with multi-national brands such as Vogue Eyewear, Columbia, Dolce & Gabbana, Schunk, Kempegowda International Airport and Burberry among others. My learnings and contributions have been:- Transforming a SaaS based service to product offering driven by agile methodologies.- Cost management allowing for gross margins of ~80% even prior to scale.- Innovative Requirements Management leading to 100% retention of Top 3.- Program management in a distributed floating team architecture model.- Product Management via smart architectures in a cost constrained environment.- Deal-making enabled growth rate of over ~60% YoY even while being bootstrapped.- Analysis of potential bids, investment or partnership engagements through a value ROI model.

Led the research and “requirements to ship” engineering of Novell’s flagship enterprise operating platform product, evolved it into Appliances for higher value accrual and helped conceptualise and nurtured Novell’s newest innovation that led to business success. - Led a 200+ member team overseeing development of a $200m platform product by 2013- Led new platform and major enhancement releases reducing time-to-ship by over 45%- Nurtured technology innovation and facilitated investment of 35 people in 1.5 years by 2012- Only Senior Director within the India Ops in 2011My role here focused on Innovation, Group and Team Management, Program Management, Enterprise Product Development, Requirements Engineering, Organizational Building, Operational Management and Agility, Enterprise Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Responsible for building a team of highly skilled engineers, overcoming a 700+ defect pipeline and created value for the NetWare product through technology adaptation. Designed and built gateways for email systems, enabled migrations to Novell’s collaboration product, worked on security infrastructure.
