CurrentDelivery of projects and products, particularly using Agile methods. Closely working with Dev team, Pre-Sales team, Resourcing team to define the vision, keep everyone on the right track and ensure common priorities of quality, in time deliverables for Customers.Prioritization of work ensuring that all projects/products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).Serve the needs of the team, and lead them in the right direction, to shield the team from anything they shouldn’t have to worry about and which could impact on delivery. Removing ‘blockers’ or obstacles to progress: negotiating with stakeholders, refocusing senior leadership, or addressing procurement issues, resource loading, bench management, identifying resources to build teams to grow the company on par with trending technologies/business domains.Bridging gaps, building visibility to staff and stakeholders and to regularly undertake activities to engage and build trust with people involved in the area of work. Clarifying strategies and plans, and communicating a clear sense of direction and purpose for self and teamSharing and re-applying skills and knowledge, and bring in best practice across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
