This is my own firm. We deliver technology consulting in the areas of architecture and design as well as corporate training programs and weekend workshops for professionals in the areas of RIA (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Dojo, JQuery, ExtJS), Java/J2EE (Java, EJB, JSP/Servlets, JPA, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Web Services) and Software Engineering (UML and Design Patterns). We served clients in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai, Mysore and Coimbatore. We also publish literature on the technologies and run a portal at http://www.glarimy.com.

Worked with several vendors in delivering corporate training in the technology area as a freelancer. Focused more on Java/JEE technologies and server both freshers and senior profiles.

Taught software engineering courses here for the engineering undergraduates and handled the final year project work program.

I took care of setting up a structure for the organization and establishing various operational facilities. Involved in coaching the first batch of employees and cultivating an organizational sense among them.

Took care of design and development of various NMS components on the Java/JEE platform. This includes interfacing the customers, estimations, planning, designing, mentoring, coding, reviews and etc., Involved in quality audit activities, campus placement & recruitment activities. Traveled to US on the job.

Worked as GUI programmer for GSM projects of Lucent. Started as an individual contributor and later lead the GUI team. Traveled to Ireland on the job.
