I am responsible for 2 important verticals in my portfolio. Service Delivery and service business generation are the key deliveables in my KRAs. Responsible for managing the above task in all 5 states of South Viz Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and AP which conctributes for 55% of total business and operational volume in my Company.Network expansion, Process implementation and large team management are my key strengths.

Regional service Head of South Zone

Were responsible for Regional Service operations and handled many regions which includes South and Eastern Region. Prior to this position served in "state service head" positions.

Front line service Engineer for managing service operations, which includes customer management, dealer management and service network expansion etc. Worked in states like Maharashtra, Goa, Karanataka, Tamil Nadu etc.
