Advisory role for an early stage startup that, leverages AI technologies to help companies in Identifying various use cases starting from Call Center Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory Compliance. The product is been designed to support Call Center Agents (with Agent Assist) and find insights from structured (CRM) and unstructured data (Email, Chats) which will help in fine tuning the processes across channels.

Responsible for all Application development and Application solution support personnel within India supporting the Global Sitel IT organization. The role has direct leadership of several functional teams with involvement throughout the solution lifecycle. These teams will include;a). Application Development - enhancement, configuration, quality assurance and implementation of client supporting systems,b). Financial Systems - technical customer support and augmentation of our Financial systems,c). Human Resource systems - technical customer support and augmentation of our Human Resource systems,d). Inducted in a Leadership Role in Technology to start the Insurance Broking and Life Insurance Business partnering PNB and Vijaya Bank in India. My role was to initiate and manage the Information Technology plans for start-up.-- Developed IT Plan for the Insurance Broking Operations across PAN India and deployed a web-based application to manage the Insurance Sales-- Steered multiple project to completion within time and budget. Strengthened the relationship with the partner banks and Insurance Companies.

Joined as one of the Start-up team member to setup their Information Technology Initiatives which involved in setting up plan and product development activities. My role was to lead the product and project management activities. -- Designed and Developed Mutual Fund Portfolio Tracker (a Desktop Product) which was deployed at more than 100 customers across financial sectors. Lead the end-to-end Product Development/Deployment and Support was planned and executed.-- Undertake project management responsibilities namely planning, monitoring, estimation, team-management, work–package management, change management and customer management.-- Participate in Lead presentations related to future and current client assignments.
