Having 8+ years Experience in Quality Assurance and currently working with Advanex (India) Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance standards. Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high quality standards. Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes. Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time in a perfect manner. Delivering/ Submitting presentations and reports to management on timely basis.Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience. Maintaining documentation of QA records, data & information. Ensuring calibration of measuring equipment’s on timely basis Identifying non-conforming products and ensure to be placed on restriction. Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations. Coordinating for customer audits and investigation on customer complaints.Conduct R & R studies for the measurement system. Initiate and review effectiveness of corrective action by suppliers on quality problems.Maintain records of supplier history, and supplier issues, quality Report / Quality Problem Countermeasure Report.
