Project Leader
Current• Primary responsible is production and planning• Liaison with customer for day-to-day deliverables• Contributing in cost management• Involving in all project management related activities• Managed a group of executives, team leaders and team members across various projects• Monitoring/tracking productivity of teams• Forward planning and manpower planning for new project including crisis situation• Responsible for feedback analysis and providing corrective/preventive actions• Appraising the performance of executives, team leaders and team members• Responsible for continuous process enhancement in the team, e.g. Software update, change in workflow, etc• Conducting regular team meeting with Manager/teams to achieve project requirements
