Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections• Providing technical support to the tender team.• Discuss with Consultants/Suppliers/Subcontractors on the tender specification requirement.• Provide technical write-up for tender submission.

Prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials and Coordinate M&E works on-site with other trades.• Timely identification of materials and equipment requirements and order the material and coordinate with the purchase department for timely delivery of the materials that satisfies the projects programs & schedule.• In charge and responsible for Supply, Installation, Testing, commissioning, implementations, and monitoring of all Electrical and Mechanical related works at site.• Supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance with schedule set.• Provides technical support to M&E work groups at site also attending site meeting and resolve site technical issues.

Responsibilities during Design Phase:• Review designer’s production, in particular the compliance with codes, standards regulations, laws etc.• Proposed value engineering to reduce cost in planning phase.• Check that the power needs are correctly assessed in the designer load schedule.Responsibilities during Construction Phase:• Conduct approval of equipment, follow-up and approve method statements of installation• Coordinate and interface with Electrical and MEP contractors.• Manage subcontractor scheduling, cost, and quality.Responsibilities during Post - Construction Phase:• Conduct audit review to submit the report on handing over of the project.

Maintenance of Equipment’s such as:• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of 33 KV to 415V Substation, 110kv substation.• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of change over panel & stabilizer units.• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of 2000 KVADG• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of 10KVA UPS• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Panels, DB’s.Documentation of History cards, Daily log sheets, Monthly log sheets, Breakdown reports, Planned PM activities, Spares Details update in Annual summary, erection related works completed for a facility.
