As domain architect for the phone number product vertical, I oversee the entire phone number lifecycle, from purchase and porting to customer hosting, management, reporting, billing, and provisioning within the telecommunications industry and Bandwidth's core network. In addition, I lead the implementation of the strangler fig pattern to break down our monolithic platform into well-encapsulated domain models, enabling seamless AWS-hosted microservices deployment and facilitating the transition to a distributed architecture. I had the opportunity to lead global agile teams in revamping Spirent TestCenter Platform, our largest revenue-generating product which had been around for over 15 years.One of the key improvements I made was instituting rudimentary form of telemetry tooling using crash logs, which helped us make more informed decisions about addressing technical debt, leading to improved serviceability, reliability, scalability, and usability metrics.

As the subject matter expert for the solution and technology roadmap of Radio Access Network and IoT ecosystems, I reported directly to the CTO and collaborated with strategic customers and various standard bodies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Led successful development of a cloud-based workflow management prototype for DAS and Small Cell installations, reducing deployment errors, time, and costs for our end customers. The project showcased my ability to quickly pick up new domains and execute complex projects in a customer-centric and results-driven approach by navigating through the competitive landscape and leveraging strategic partnerships.

Played an integral role in the successful delivery of two field test platforms in just over two years, indirectly leading a cross-functional team of 50+ members spanning Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Software, QA, and Operations.I had the privilege of championing JDSU's first Wi-Fi field tester, where I took full ownership of the product concept, engaged with customers, chipset vendors and antenna design partners, and managed FCC/EU certification and UX/UI design. I was honored to receive recognition with a Level 5 Leadership Award.

I have led the development and implementation of three generations of ADSL2/2+ and VDSL2 modem lifecycles, as well as a novel universally interoperable DSL test and measurement solutions, and successfully delivered design wins with service providers worldwide.As part of this work, I contributed to the design of ASIC hardware-software partitioning and memory overlay implementation, bit true C models, modem kernel, training state machine, data pump, and algorithms for optimizing power and rate adaptations to ensure optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and throughput.An interesting project I worked on here was developing and utilizing a custom sniffer tool to reverse engineer non-standard DSL implementations. The tool made the debugging process deterministic. Our success here enabled us to use a single test and measurement hardware with customized software for non-standard compliant vendor implementations of the ITU DSL standards.
