Working as a Quality & Accreditation Consultant working for Quality Improvement and NABH I am responsible for :•To do Gap Assessment of the hospital as per the standards of NABH.•To do internal assessment of the hospital, department wise assessment and preparation of reports.•Visiting other hospital for gap assessment and mock pre assessment.•Preparing the policies and manuals of the hospital as per NABH standards with the help of hospital staff.•Finalizing policies and manuals from the management and distribution.•Training hospital staff on the prepared policies.•Identifying training needs of the staff and training them in coordination with HR department.•Implementing Quality indicators in the hospital for collection of raw data as per NABH.•Analysis of the Quality Indicators.•Taking Rounds of the hospital and visiting departments as and when required.•Create awareness among the staff and trained them as per requirement of NABH in coordination with HR department.•Formation of Committees and scheduling their meetings in coordination with Management.•Ensuring the licensing status of the hospital.
