• 6 years of strong experience in Design, development and deployment of Automated Test Equipment’s (ATE) and Test & Measurements Instruments (TMI).• Experience in design & development of test/control applications using LabVIEW and TestStand.• Experience in Data Acquisition (DAQmx), PID Control Systems and RT Systems.• Familiarity with National Instruments and similar hardware (Agilent, Omicron, Tektronics etc.).• Extensively involved in pre project activities like preparation of DOU, Proposals, technical discussions• Good experience in preparation of Test case design, and carrying out Unit Testing, Integration Testing & System Testing.• Knowledge about various kind of sensors and signal conditioners used in industrial/ process automation. • Experienced all phases of software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, system and software design, software development, Unit, Integration and System Testing and maintenance of software.• Experience in debugging, root causing and providing fixes for design and software bugs, including addressing production level issues.• Skilled in developing Test Executive Architecture in Teststand including customizing test reports, process models, and step types.• Advanced knowledge and experience in Test Data storage to database including MySQL and Microsoft Access.• Expert level knowledge and experience in creating custom Test Reports in Excel, Word, CSV, TDMS and HTML formats.•Worked in different communication protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485, Modbus etc.
