With over 10 year of hand on experience expertise in EV powertrain systems, including 48V , 72V and 96V Lithium-ion battery packs, I have a strong grasp of on-board charging systems, motor controllers, fast and standard charging concepts, thermal management, and charge distribution. My skills extend to Lithium-ion cell balancing and synchronization, alongside a deep knowledge of various Lithium-ion chemistries.As an Automobile Diagnostic Specialist in electric vehicles, I provide advanced support in diagnosing and troubleshooting high-voltage battery packs. As a subject matter expert, I bridge the gap between the Service and R&D teams, delivering Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Preventive Corrective Action (PCA) for field issues. Additionally, I play a key role in supporting dealership adoption of EV technology by conducting training, offering safety instructions, and providing technical guidance.I also offer on-site support at customer locations or dealerships, delivering hands-on training and assisting fleet customers in optimizing their EV operations.
