• Design Co-ordinator for review and submission of documents for Major Equipment’s like GIS, Switchgear, Power Transformer, NER, Aux. Tr, LV Panel, Protection & SCS as per client specification.• Co-ordination of Technical Review Meetings with Equipment manufacturer and Client to finalize the Design document before proceeding for Manufacturing of Equipment.• Issuing MFC for the Approved Equipment and further follow up and co-ordinating for the Factory Acceptance Test.• Review and submission of Equipment FAT Report for client approval and further issuance Dispatch release certificate.• Co-ordination with other department like Civil & MEP for Successful Construction Activities. • Preparation of Substation & LV Single Line Diagram in line with Kahramaa Spec & Tender Document. • Preparation of sizing calculation for primary equipment like CT / VT, Auxiliary Tr, Battery, Battery Charger, UPS & Cables.• Preparation & verification of Power & Control Cable Laying and Interconnection Schedule.• Preparation of Site Acceptance Test Forms & Engineering co-ordination Activities with site testing team and to solve the design related issues.• Asbuilt Document Review & Submission to Client & further Approval follow-up.• Review & Submission of Complete Design modification work at remote end substation as per Client RE Modification spec.• Review & Submission of Relay setting Calculations for Unit Protection Relays of Transformers, Lines, Cables & Busbars Protection in line with Kahramaa spec. and standard.• Review & Submission of Protection relay setting calc. for Main & Backup over current & earth Fault Protection Relays in line with Kahramaa spec and standard.• Co-ordination of Commissioning & Energization activities with Client and consultant for Preparation and Submission of Notification of Safety Documents (NOSP).• Inspect Spares Parts and Special Tools as per approved contractual document and further follow-up to client for submission and Acceptance of materials.
