► Hands on management accountant role where I was tasked with the timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, producing monthly management information to senior leadership team (SLT) along with the monitoring all balance sheet reconciliations. Also responsible for completing and achieving:- Supporting the Finance Manager in developing business models for capital and revenue schemes.- Organising balance sheet reconciliation template for BHP Billiton contract, which reduced overall reconciliation time from 7 hours to 2 hours.- Ensuring that financial records were maintained in line with Linfox’s financial regulations.- Assisting in streamlining reporting/systems processes to improve the business’ finance function.- Setting up invoicing templates for BHP Billiton and FMG contracts improving efficiency. This led to reducing invoicing time for BHP Billiton from 3 days to 1 day and FMG from 5 days to 1 day.
