Led the design efforts of an emerging product area to capture all Cloud Customer Capacity requests in one unified place and help the internal teams at Google make sure that customers are not blocked by the capacity shortage. Identify high-impact opportunities and potential constraints within the Google Cloud Platform to deliver products that inform a cross-functional product initiative. Contribute to design systems and inform OKRs needed to improve near and long-term outcomes for GCP and users.

Collaborated closely with Product, Engineering and Field Operations to accelerate product delivery by 14 months. Made robot-vision system calibration workflow accessible to non- expert users and 3x faster for expert users by relying on periodic user research to keep us on the right track. Introduced HEART success metrics to help the cross-functional teams have shared goals and define our success by the success of our end users.

Advocated for user centric design practices with the cross-functional partners and crafted a design process for the entire team can follow. This include Job-to-be-done( JTBD) methodology, collaborative design thinking, creating a design system and using Google tag manager all together to create a data driven design process.

Designed end-to-end experiences of having a home robot by informing design decisions through rapid prototyping and research. Translate those findings into the physical interactions of the robot and the mobile app experience to let users establish trust with the robot and interact with their robot remotely.

Working with the XD team which is an overarching initiative, it has been a great opportunity to step back and look across all the products through a unified lens. Having research and data at the center of our process, I worked on new customer experience to make it uniquely Autodesk. My work during the summer seeded the directions the team would pursue for the next year.

Supported the studio design team to build and test web application for an energy client. Worked on a bootstrap framework to maintain consistent visual language and bring the prototypes to life for the client to interact and understand our solution better. The prototypes were planned to be used as a first step towards implementation.

I was a TA for two classes, IxD-3: Objects and Space Studio at the undergraduate level and Interaction Design Studio at the graduate level. This was a great way for me to look for positives and encourage colleagues to strive harder towards a better solution. It was good to help people build on their already crazy ideas and see them come to life.

Worked on improving the first experience of Autodesk users through a new offering. Involved in the early stage of the project gave me the freedom to lay down the ground work and ask the right questions for the team to explore. Used user research, information architecture, storyboarding and prototyping as essential tools to explore possible solutions.

Involved in designing innovative artworks, installations and experiences that examine our understanding of the social and political dynamics of public space.

Position demanded for Ideation, Conceptualization and Execution of projects. The typical design process involved user study, wire-framing, business considerations, user testing and iterations before successfully delivering the product. Was also actively involved in suggesting new measures to improve User Experience of the ever growing user base of the Real estate portal.
