CNC PROGRAMMING RESPONSIBILITES: Incoming Inspection for all BHI-Connection. ALL connection repair and maintenance for 8mm to 25mm rework ,Checking the BHI all connection. Received the work order, job no, Drawing, Work instruction list from management depart, arrange the jaws, tools, instruments, etc….. Read the instruction and make the CNC 2d Programming and setting for the Siemens 810(TITANIA 2x4 jaws Dia1000mmx3 meter) and Fagor 8055i controls. Rework for the 43/4, 63/4, 81/4,91/2 all BHI PIN and BOX connections Blunt Start on pin and box connection threads. Hot rolled and Shoot penning for the BHI pin connection. Rework for the High Pressure Hole. Maintained the length of the rework and BHI tolerance. Used the Taper gauge, lead gauge, pitch gauge, Cone gauge, and all measuring instruments. Refilled the coolant oil, lubrication oil, Keep the cleaning the working area. Open the Tec pubs print the tool maintenance procedure for level-1, level-2, Inspection, etc…. Inspect the MPI, LPI & Dimensional inspection, visual inspection for all disassembled parts. Updated the maps for disassembled. Opened the sap and printed the pick list and work structure list for maintenance assembled parts. Follow the Tech pubs procedure for the all sub assembled, assembled. Checked the mechanical test, electrical test for assembled tool. Pressure Test For the 8000 PSI, Connection Tee 9000 PSI AND PLUG VALVE 15000 PSI and ABPA 8000PSI DISC LEAK AND BODY TEST WITH ASNT LEVEL-2 INSPECTION. BHI-T2 Sealing adapter and blind adapter maintenance. Follow the BHI-T2 Sealing adapter maintenance procedure and use Adjustment of Torque Multiplier, Attach the tools with inspection report, maintenance report,MWD/LWD subs outgoing QC check list, etc… Connecting the baker Hughes Houston open the maps and uploading the tools history ,Tool Build up and maintenance the paper work
