• Manage the Corporate, IT and finance department (Department Head);
• To control and monitor grant allocation from the Annual Budget in the performance of the Commission;

• Oversee the payment of accounts and salaries and to ensure that such payments are made on time.

• Assisting Accountant in the monthly budget meetings, minutes, and implementing the resolutions of the meeting
• Periodical checks of duties of Accounts Clerk and Registry section
• Keeping track of lodgments, payments and inventory ledger
• Maintenance of personal records, order and to distribute stationery
