I am an experienced electrical engineer & EMBA graduate having 15+ years of experience working on EPC and FEED phases of multiple projects in diverse industries within India & Middle East.My background includes design engineering and project management in the cement, mining, waste heat recovery, switchyard, construction, and solar industries. I am skilled in managing the lifecycle of projects from development to delivery and liaising with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. My attention to detail and focus on costs, scheduling, and quality assurance, along with my leadership and mentoring of staff, allow for the superior execution of projects to the standards required of each organization. When I began my career, I worked as a consultant for a switchyard project. I designed a 132kV air insulation switchyard that got immediate approval from the grid authority and was implemented by the organization. That experience gave me the confidence to move forward in my career and I have been able to make many more positive impacts on companies since then.In my current role, I have managed simultaneous projects and saw them through successful completion. One of the projects, a $14 million USD paste fill project at the Sindesar Khurd Mines in Rajasthan, India, was completed to the highest quality within nine months.While employed in my current role, I achieved my Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai.
