Using python, built 2 UCM-based end-to-end MMM models for Australia market which were the firsts from the team to be accepted and then deployed in active use by the marketing stakeholders. Involved in continuous development and upgrade in the MMM suite of offering by the team. Canada branch survey and UK NPS analysis - used topic modelling in R and exploratory data analysis to uncover insights on unsatisfied and detracting customers.
