➢ Currently working with BrowserStack Inc as an Information Security Support Analyst.➢ Assisting the Sales Team with Security questionnaires/RFI's sent by their leads or customers.➢ Handling Security & Compliance specific queries from the Customer over emails and calls.➢ Assisting in achieving companywide compliance goals which includes Internal & External Audits, Quarterly Compliance meetings & Vendor Management due diligence responsibilities.➢ Creating Process Documents associated with our Internal Security processes such as BCP & DR, Vulnerability & Penetration testing.➢ Co-ordinate with different teams to ensure that the security processes are up to date and on schedule.➢ Conduct security based trainings on a periodic basis.➢ Identifying risks associated with new products and services.➢ Working with the higher management to ensure the effectiveness of GDPR and Privacy Shield regulations and align them with our Infosec policies.
