I hold a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology. Currently, I am responsible for tasks such as cell revival and amplification (from T-flask to Cs40/HDCF52) by using of ACFM(Automatic Cell Factory Manipulator), preparing Working Cell Banks (WCB) and Working Seed Virus (WSV), viral infection and culture, assembling and handling Glass Bioreactors (10L sartorious) & SS Bioreactors(200L,Biozeen), vaccine development, and SCADA controlling at Biological E. Limited. Previously, I worked as an Executive in the Bioassay and Cell Culture department at Virchow Biotech Private Limited. In that role, I conducted mammalian cell culture in both adherent (T-flask & cell stack) and suspension (shaker flask) formats for various cell lines such as HEK293, HEK IIIa, A549, CHO-K1, HEp-2, Raji, UMR 106, RAW 264.7, SKBR-3, Vero cell, and CHO cell. I also performed tasks like cell revival, passaging, and harvesting for mAb R&D batch, as well as adapting HEK IIIa cells from adherent to suspension. Additionally, I handled tasks such as sampling raw materials from the warehouse, viral titration using TCID50, Plaque assay, and ELISA (for HCP and RBD antibody), UV spectroscopy for analyzing total protein, viral content, and in-process samples, physical testing of vaccines, and conducting GMP, GLP, GDP, RT-PCR for identifying Adenoviral serotypes and Spike proteins, as well as HPLC.
