Abreast with the knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 from requirement analysis to project study, designing, coding, testing, de-bugging, and implementation.Deft at gathering & mapping the requirements, custom designing solutions & troubleshooting for problems.Conversant with SharePoint 2010, 2013, HTML, SQL, Dreamweaver CS5.5, MS Excel 2013, R and Tableau 10.2.Key responsibilities include:• Provide design, integration, documentation and implementation related advice on complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation• Initiate and conduct team projects around site architecture, content inventory, site taxonomy enhancement and enhanced content promotion• Regular touch point with Knowledge Managers and project contacts in order to collect and post relevant content on the knowledge portal(s)• Proficient in creating social media strategy to promote content.• Establish processes for new projects and lead regular audits of the current processes, perform quality review of the deliverables sent by the new hires• Build a strong client relationship and strengthening the faith on handling high priority projects• Handle various external research tools like Factiva, Forrester, etc.• Lead various content curation projects involving internal and external curation of content focusing on the strategic priorities in lines with the Firm Issue Architecture.• Competitive analysis of major players in the financial advisory and consulting offerings related to financial services, across geographies.• Campaign management – Creating campaign id’s to analyze the traffic of our firm assets (sites/pages, KAM assets, Quals & Proposals) through various avenues of promotion. Understand if the correct set of content is reaching out to the correct audience and helping us to win more clients. Monthly reports to leadership to strategize the content flow and the value delivered from the information available.
