- Responsible for managing Oilseed Products (Castor, Mustard, Soybean & Sunflower).- Formulate short & long term product strategy, w.r.t Product profiling, Budgeting Process, Pricing, Packaging design etc.- Deciding AdPro objectives/channel promotional activities. Selection of effective communication mix and design communication campaigns.- Studying market trend and MIS, Evaluate market potential and market size to understand customer needs.- New Market Development/ evaluation through Demos, station trials, strip trials with support from R&D.Accomplishments:- Acheived a growth of 154% over last year. Oilseeds Group target was 18.60 crores, acheived 28.69 Crores.
